Our hours of operation are Monday – Friday from 6:00 a.m. until 5:00 p.m.
We are fully licensed by the State of Tennessee and the Federal Medicare Program.
We are accredited by the Joint Commission for the Accreditation of Health Organizations, the same organization that accredits most major hospitals.
We opened in 1993 at 360 Wallace Road in Nashville and Relocated to Smyrna in December of 2004.
Over 50 physicians are on staff.
Our state-of the art equipment allows surgeons to perform procedures in the specialty areas of Ear, Nose, and Throat, Gastroenterology, General Surgery, Gynecology, Ophthamology, Oral Surgery, Orthopedics, Pain Management, Pediatric Surgery, Plastic Surgery, Podiatry, and Urology.
